The Cove, an established but underperforming Northern California apartment complex, was purchased for transformation into high end, luxury units and needed a branding package to reflect the lifestyle and sophistication of the target demographic. Some important charecteristics of the property to be expressed by the branding package: Luxury, Nature, Water.
Three directions were explored and presented for consideration.
